What A, B, C  Grades mean?

These are pre-owned phones sold by their previous owners, they may or may not have any faults. Every phone passes through many checkpoints during Quality check process and divided in II different grades.

A Grade :
No physical or functional defects. Like new conditions.

1)No physical or functional defects. Like new conditions.
2)physical Defects : 0
3)Screen Defects : 0
4)Functional Defects : None

B Grade :
No functional defects. upto 3 white spots/minor discoloration on screen & major signs of usage.

1)No physical or functional defects. Like new conditions.
2)Physical Defects : 1 more
3)Screen Defects : 1 more
4)Functional Defects : None

C Grade :
up to 1 functional defect e.g. camera/wifi not working. Discolouration/heavy scratches on display. Physical defects e.g. missing buttons & SIM tray, cracked or broken panel, etc.
