At Factory Box Patna, we take pride in offering high-quality refurbished mobile phones and accessories. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers, please review our return and cancellation policies below.
Return Policy
You may return a refurbished product if it is damaged, defective, or not as described. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return. For defective items, you must provide a photo and video of the issue.
Conditions for Returns:
- Correct Product: Ensure that the IMEI, name, image, brand, and serial number of the product match your original order.
- Complete Product: Return all included accessories, manuals, and additional items.
- Unused Product: The product should be unused and in its original condition, with all quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals intact. Please erase all personal data from the device before returning.
- Undamaged Product: The product must be free from physical damage, such as scratches or dents.
- Undamaged Packaging: The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
If any of these conditions are not met, the return may be declined.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery, the pre-booking amount will be forfeited. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund of the pre-booking amount.
Important Notes:
- Tampering and Unauthorized Repairs: Devices showing signs of tampering or repairs by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.
- Manufacturer Policies: Any software updates or changes made by the manufacturer are beyond our control, and Factory Box Patna is not liable for these changes.
