At Factory Box Patna, we are committed to offering high-quality refurbished mobile phones and accessories. To ensure transparency and trust, please review our return, refund, and cancellation policies below.

Return Policy

You may return a refurbished product if it is damaged, defective, or not as described. To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • For defective items, you must provide both a photo and video clearly showing the issue.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Correct Product – IMEI, name, image, brand, and serial number must match your order.

  2. Complete Product – Include all accessories, manuals, and additional items.

  3. Unused Condition – The product must be unused, with all seals, return tags, and warranty intact. Personal data must be erased.

  4. Undamaged Product – Free from physical damage, scratches, or dents not caused during delivery.

  5. Undamaged Packaging – Original box and packaging should be intact.

⚠️ If these conditions are not met, the return may be declined.

Refund Policy

Since we accept only prepaid orders, the following refund rules apply:

  • Full Refund will be issued if your order is canceled before shipment.

  • If a return is approved (product defective, damaged, or not as described), you may choose between:

    • Replacement of the same model (subject to availability), OR

    • Refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Refunds will not be given for:

    • Change of mind after delivery.

    • Damage caused by the customer (mishandling, accidental drops, water damage, etc.).

    • Devices that show signs of tampering or unauthorized repairs.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a 100% refund.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • If you refuse delivery, the prepaid amount will be refunded after deducting shipping & handling charges.

Important Notes

  • Warranty Void: Devices tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel will not be eligible for return/refund.

  • Manufacturer Updates: Software updates or changes by the manufacturer are beyond our control.
